This one-of-a-kind plush rug is handmade from 100% wool. The high content of lanolin in the wool sheared in this part of the world makes this shag-rug so lustrous and soft. This rug will maintain its sheen for years to come. In Moroccan-style rugs woven in Afghanistan, the zig-zag motifs are woven in the natural color of the wool and undyed such as in this case.
