• Order Processing: We aim to ship your rug within 2 working days from the day of purchase. Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, you will receive an email with your order details and a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to appear online after the shipping label is printed, but rest assured that your package is on its way!

• Shipping Carriers: Shipping is done via Federal Express (FedEx), UPS, or a common carrier, depending on your location. The carrier may vary depending on your zip code.

• Shipping Time: Once shipped, your order should arrive within 10 business days if you reside within the contiguous United States. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.

• Remote Locations: Additional charges may apply for customers in remote zip codes. If this applies to your order, we will promptly inform you of any extra shipping costs.

• No Expedited Shipping: Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping services.

• No PO Box Shipping: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please ensure your shipping address is valid and complete.
