​​Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If, for any reason, the product you purchased from us does not meet your expectations, please email us. We are happy to accept the item for return under the following conditions:

Return Process:

  1. Notify Us: You must notify us within two days of receiving the item.

  2. Return Shipping: The item must be shipped back to us within five days of receiving your return authorization.

  3. Condition of the Item: All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in saleable condition. They must be safely wrapped to prevent any damage during return shipping. The item should be in the exact condition it was when shipped to you.

  4. Cleaning or Repair Fees: If the returned item is not in its original condition, we will deduct cleaning or repair fees from your refund.

Shipping Costs:

  • Please note that if you decide to return an item, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • We cannot accept returns on items shipped to non-contiguous U.S. states (Hawaii, Alaska, etc.).

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received, it takes approximately 5 business days to inspect and process the return.

  • You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.

  • Your refund will be issued minus a 25% restocking fee and any shipping charges.

  • We will apply the refund amount towards the price of a new item if you wish to exchange.

Final Sale:

  • All sales are final if no contact is made within the specified time frame.

  • Returns are not accepted on any items shipped to non-contiguous states.

Damaged or Missing Items:

If you received your merchandise in damaged condition or if items are missing, please contact us immediately to report the issue.

Keep in mind that we do our best to document any restorations or mending larger than a 3" x 3" square in the photos and descriptions of the product. We encourage you to embrace the "signs of time" and the uniqueness of these heirloom textiles, as this is part of their charm and does not count as transit damage. We strongly recommend carefully reviewing the product before making your purchase, and we are happy to provide additional photos or videos if needed.
