Vintage Kazak Shirvan Extra Large Rug | 12'7" X 15'

This one-of-a-kind handwoven area rug is made from a cotton foundation and 100% wool. Shirvan rugs originated in the area now part of modern-day Azerbaijan and can vary widely in design and interpretation. This soft, velvety, and high-density rug features delicate amulet motifs and geometric indigo blue floral motifs that repeat in formation. The ground is a bright tomato-red that varies in saturation depending on the lighting. All of our rugs are authentic and handpicked by Nedim himself.

Soft and thin.
We suggest using a rug mat underneath for cushioning, and easy cleaning.
