Vintage Gabbeh Large Rug | 6'2" x 9'1"

This one-of-a-kind vintage Persian Gabbeh rug is made from 100% wool and features a rich indigo field that shifts gently in tone across the surface, giving it real depth and movement. At its center sits a small, whimsical medallion with a little gathering of figures, almost like a woven family portrait. Around the edges runs a playful border filled with camels, horses, and birds in warm gold, rust, and soft blue.

Gabbeh rugs are woven by nomadic and semi-nomadic tribes in the Fars region of southwest Iran, loved for their bold simplicity, durable wool, and the way they capture little pieces of everyday tribal life.
