Vintage Turkmen Rug | 6'6" x 9'2"

This one-of-a-kind vintage Turkmen rug is hand-knotted with a wool pile. Turkmen rugs are known for rows of repeating octagonal guls, usually on a red ground, framed by narrow geometric borders. Their designs are admired for their sense of restraint. This piece features an all-over pattern of large octagonal guls in rust, navy, and ivory, linked by smaller medallions, on a warm rust ground. Layered borders of small geometric motifs frame the design.

This rug is perfect for adding warmth and character to a living room, dining room, or bedroom. All of our rugs are authentic and handpicked by Nedim himself.
