This one-of-a-kind vintage Hereke rug, renowned for their exceptionally fine knotting and intricate floral designs, and they are often woven in silk or fine wool. This piece features an all-over repeating pattern of small blossoms, palmettes, and delicate vines in ivory, red, green, and soft blue on a deep navy ground. A wide red border filled with floral motifs, set between ivory guard stripes, frames the design.
