Vintage Kurdish Tribal Runner Rug | 3'3" x 11'5"

This one-of-a-kind vintage Kurdish tribal runner is made from 100% wool and features a warm, earthy field with a repeating column of medallions, each filled with soft floral and geometric detail. A narrow border with small accent motifs runs the length of the piece.

Kurdish tribal weavings come from the mountainous regions of western Iran, known for their sturdy wool and bold, rhythmic medallion patterns passed down through generations of village and nomadic weavers. The elongated format and repeating design give this rug a grounded, timeless feel, ideal for a hallway, entryway, or kitchen.
