This one-of-a-kind Sumak rug (also spelled Soumak) is expertly handwoven from 100% wool. A flat-weave style known for its strength and durability, Sumak rugs are thicker than Kilims and distinguished by their unique construction—unlike Kilims, they are not reversible, as the yarns are left unclipped on the back. This piece features stylized geometric medallion motifs set against a sky blue ground. Each of our rugs is authentic and personally handpicked by Nedim.
