This one-of-a-kind vintage Persian Kurdish rug features an all-over arrangement of bold geometric motifs woven across a rich red field. Hand-knotted from 100% wool, it has a low-to-medium pile.

The design reflects the expressive character of Kurdish village weaving, with repeating tribal forms, small stylized floral details, and angular protective motifs framed by a dark geometric border. Its deep palette of red, navy, black, olive, ivory, and warm gold gives the rug a strong, collected presence.
